Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Urban Store. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully.

2. Rental Agreement
2.1 Rental Items: The rental items include, but are not limited to, tables, chairs, tents, linens, and other party equipment.

2.2 Rental Period: The rental period is defined as the time the rental items are in the customer's possession. The rental period begins upon delivery and ends upon pickup or return of the items.

2.3 Condition of Rental Items: All items are rented in good condition and should be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

3. Reservations and Payments
3.1 Reservation: A reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 10% is received. The balance is due before the event date.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via [List of Payment Methods].

3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit.

4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1 Delivery: Delivery charges are based on the location of the event. The customer must ensure clear access for delivery.

4.2 Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled after the event. The customer is responsible for ensuring all items are collected and ready for pickup.

4.3 Customer Pickup: If the customer chooses to pick up and return items, they are responsible for loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and setting up the items.

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Use of Rental Items: The customer agrees to use the rental items in a safe and proper manner. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of rental items.

5.2 Supervision: The customer must supervise the use of all rental items, especially those used by children.

5.3 Damages and Loss: The customer will be charged for any damages or loss of rental items at replacement cost.

6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Liability: Urban Store is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of rental items. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Store from any claims arising out of the use of rental items.

6.2 Insurance: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary insurance coverage for the rental items and event.

7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Customer: The customer may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.

7.2 Termination by Urban Store: Urban Store reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retrieve the rental items if the customer breaches any terms of this agreement.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Urban Store reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
